How to Make Cold Brewed Coffee
Non - Alcoholic Drinks
Ingredients
1/2 lb coarsely ground coffee beans
4 1/4 cups cold water
Cheesecloth
Coffee filters
Directions:
Put coffee grounds in a large container and slowly pour water over the coffee grounds
Cover container with plastic wrap and steep at room temperature for 18-24 hours
Line a strainer with layers of cheesecloth.
Strain coffee through the cheesecloth into a pitcher.
Throw the grounds away
If you want a clearer brew you can strain the coffee again through filters.
Store in the refrigerator
Note: Prep time is 10 minutes and it is ready within 18-24 hours.
