Caramel Iced Coffee Recipe - Non Dairy

I have been becoming a bigger and bigger fan of iced coffee. I remember growing up and watching mom drink her hot coffee in 110 degree weather and I always wondered why would you want to drink a hot drink in the summer time. It is way too hot already!

So, one day I asked and she just shrugged her shoulders and said it was because she liked it :)

Well, now that I am a full grown adult, I have started to play around with iced coffee and I am loving it! Now, don’t get me wrong, I still have my hot coffee every morning even in the summertime, but when it is the afternoon, it is a 110 degrees, and I need coffee I don’t hesitate to get it iced.

Ingredients

  • 12 ounces of cold coffee

  • 2 tablespoons of caramel drizzle

  • 1/4 cup coconut milk

    • You can substitute for half and half, heavy whipping cream, or regular milk

Directions:

  • Add ice to a cup

  • Swirl the caramel drizzle inside the entire cup

    • you want to have a slight layer of caramel on the bottom

  • Add cold coffee

  • Add coconut milk

  • Enjoy!

  • p.s. you can top it with whipped cream and oohhhh lordie its amazing!
