Ingredients
12 ounces of coffee
1/2 teaspoon ghee or unsalted grass fed butter
1 tablespoon chocolate syrup or coco powder
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 cup unsweetened coconut milk
You can use almond milk if desired
1 tablespoon of coconut oil
splash of vanilla extract
1 scoop Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides
Directions:
Add all ingredients to a blender
Pulse 3 times
Pour and enjoy!
