Matcha Latte Recipe
Non - Alcoholic Drinks
Ingredients
1 teaspoon Matcha Powder
1 1/2 Tablespoon Water
1 teaspoon Raw Honey
1/4 teaspoon Vanilla Bean Paste
1/2 cup Whole Milk
You can use any non dairy milk of your choice - Whole milk will make it creamier)
1/4 cup Plus 2 Tablespoons Heavy Cream (optional)

Place the matcha powder in a mug.
Heat the water to a simmer or to 160ºF.
Pour water into the cup over the matcha powder.
Use a matcha whisk and whisk vigorously in a back-and-forth motion until the matcha is completely dissolved.
Add the honey and vanilla bean paste and whisk until incorporated.
Heat the milk and cream in a small pan over medium-low heat. The milk/cream should be between 140 and 160ºF (60-70ºC).
Froth the milk/cream.
Pour over the dissolved matcha.
