It is pretty dang awesome that hard cider became a thing. I'm pretty sure it's been around for a very long time but within the last say 10 years is has become a big thing. Now you see hard cider everywhere, where is before not so much. Probably the most common hard cider that you know of are the Angry Orchard hard ciders. It's different flavors and they're absolutely amazing. Actually The Angry Orchard hard cider was the very first hard cider that I tried. After that let me tell you I'm never going back. It's so good!

The other thing that we've seen pop up within the last 10 years and become a really big thing are small breweries, craft beers, and just small businesses that are creating awesome drinks. One of our absolute favorite places for hard cider is a little small place called Indigeny. This place is based out of Sonora, California and they make some of the most delicious hard cider around. They even sell them in Save Mart and Safeway, so next time you're looking for a good hard cider look for Indigeny first. It's a little black bottle with an amazing cute logo on it. We started playing with all sorts of recipes and came up with some really really good ones! This one is one of those. Hard Cider on Fire Recipe:

Ingredients

• 2 ounces Fireball Cinnamon Whiskey

• 6-8 ounces of your favorite hard cider

• 1 apple sliced

• Cinnamon sticks for garnish

Directions:

• Fill cup with ice

• Pour all ingredients over ice

• Enjoy!

Serving Size:

• Serves 1 adult
