Ingredients

  • 8 ounces unsweetened vanilla almond mile (can substitute for coconut milk)

  • handful of ice

  • one frozen banana

  • 2/3 cups frozen blueberries

  • 3 tablespoons chia seeds

  • 1/2 cup spinach (optional)

Directions:

  • Add all ingredients to a blender cup

  • Blend all ingredients until it is smooth

  • Pour into glasses and enjoy!

Serving Size:

  • Serves 1
