Berry and Chia Seed Smoothie Recipe
Non - Alcoholic Drinks
Ingredients
8 ounces unsweetened vanilla almond mile (can substitute for coconut milk)
handful of ice
one frozen banana
2/3 cups frozen blueberries
3 tablespoons chia seeds
1/2 cup spinach (optional)
Directions:
Add all ingredients to a blender cup
Blend all ingredients until it is smooth
Pour into glasses and enjoy!
