What says summer more than Coconut drinks?

Growing up all of us girls hated coconut…. like with a passion. Our mama would buy those frozen coconut fruit bars when we were on road trips. Every time we would try it and without fail we all said we didn’t like it. Eventually, Kristy, our oldest sister, decided that she liked them. We were all shocked. Then the middle sisters began to like coconut and finally me, the youngest.

It is weird how your taste buds change, but man do they. Now we all love coconut hahahaha. It seriously is the most refreshing ever especially in the summer time.

Ingredients

• 1/2 ounce Islay Scotch

• 1 ounce Coconut Liqueur

• Lemon Juice from 1/2 Lime

• 1/2 can Zevia Cream Soda

• Mint leaves if desired for garnish

Directions:

• Put lime juice, scotch, and coconut liqueur into a glass over ice.

• Top with Zevia Cream Soda

• Garnish with mint leaves if desired

Serving Size:

• Serves 1 adult
