I went through a huge phase where I ordered Daiquiri’s on a regular basis. They were totally my jam. I loved them both blended and over ice. It really didn’t matter how they came, they were just delicious every single time. Plus, they were always one of the drinks on happy hour, so…. there you have it.
The Raspberry daiquiri and the Strawberry daiquiri’s were my absolute favorite. There were so many options, but these two flavors never failed.
Today, I wanted to share my little concoction and twist on the Raspberry Daiquiri. I wanted to make one that was lower in calories and lower in sugar, cause we all know that traditional daiquiri’s have a crap ton of both. So here we go:
Ingredients
3.5 ounces Grapefruit Citrus Zevia
2 ounces White Rum
.5 ounces Maraschino Liqueur
Lime juice from half a lime
4 raspberries
Directions:
Rim glass with Granulated Stevia
Fill glass with ice
Muddle raspberries in a cocktail shaker
Add all ingredients except soda into the shaker and shake well
Strain mixture into a glass
Top with Soda
Enjoy!
Serving Size:
Serves 1 adult
